Picture this : a cabin in the woods filled with your best friends and family. Getting ready for your special day surrounded by love and laughter.

Then heading to your soon-to-be husband’s family property for your “first look”. The first time you see each other before the festivities begin, the butterflies in your stomach, feelings of excitement, maybe some nervousness. Then you see each other for the first time and relief and happiness and love washes over you.

Now that your first look is out of the way, you gather your friends for portraits. This time is filled with laughter, hugs and fun - another way to ease the nerves is to be surrounded by those you know you best!

And now, it is time to get married. Wow, all those pictures and fun have already happened and you have not even had your ceremony!

Outdoor ceremonies are beautiful, yet sometimes tricky to photograph if some people are sitting in the sun and others in the shade, or if it is a cloudy day where the sun goes in and out. But us photographers love a challenge and will capture your day no matter what weather Mother Nature throws at us! Nicole and John had a beautiful warm sunny day! A little wind, but overall wonderful!
