I met Kathleen online through a mutual mindset coaching program we were involved in, headed by the amazing Catherine Farquharson. (which you should check out if are looking for a HUGE leap in your life!) We clicked immediately, became accountability partners, and talk daily about both work and fun stuff!
Kathleen is a wellness advocate, a free spirit, a giver of acceptance, love and guidance. Her blog, Naturally 40, offers so much in the way of nutrition, spirituality, yoga, mindset and more. Every week I find myself logging in to see what new recipe I can try, or how to just be inspired.
I had the opportunity to photograph Kathleen at her home recently. We finally met in person and it was a joy. She is a joy! We captured her doing the things she does best - food, yoga, mediation, and just emitting joy and happiness! I am really loving this new adventure of branding photography. For this session, she thought ahead to some future topics she would be sharing on her blog, and we captured moments and used props relevant to those, this way she can use the photographs with intention.
