Colonel Sam Smith Park - Etobicoke Family Photography
I met up with these three little girls, sisters, at Colonel Sam Smith park in Toronto for a fun holiday session. Complete with a real tree that we lugged up onto the rocks overlooking Lake Ontario!

Do we really need a second Photographer for our wedding?
Some wedding photographers will insist on you hiring a second photographer while other photographers I know prefer shooting alone. At the end of the day you are the one hiring the photographer and it will be up to you if you want one or two people photographing your wedding. To help make a decision, here are some factors to consider.
Jenna & Rory's Wedding at Black Forest Inn | Conestogo Wedding Photography
Jenna and Rory. They have a wonderful love story of two families who spent summers on the same lake. And since Jenna is a writer I'm going to let her tell you in her own words because they will sound much better than if I wrote them. Jenna and Rory got married on a mild fall day at a quaint restaurant called the Black Forest Inn, that they said "felt like the cottage", so it was the perfect place for these two cottagers to get married.

Jessica and Alex's Engagement Session in Kensington Market Toronto | Toronto Photographer
We hung out one Sunday afternoon at Kensington Market in Toronto and just wandered the colourful streets, stopping to play a little hopscotch, taste-test some donuts for the wedding, and have some tea. These two love tea, donuts, games and books so it was the perfect day in Toronto.
Stress-Free Friday - How to Plan for your Engagement Photos
You have decided to do engagement photos! Yay! Now what?
Personally I like to think of an engagement session as a little date. If you were planning a romantic date night, would you go to a random park and cuddle under random trees? Probably not. Choose a place that is meaningful to the two of you. If that park was where you got engaged or first met, sure let’s go there! Or maybe you love going to local patios and enjoying a cold beer – then go there! Take the dog for a walk, browse your favourite book store together, or better yet, just stay home and cuddle on the couch!

Cambium Farms Wedding - Elise and Brandon | Caledon Wedding Photographer
Elise and Brandon's autumn wedding day turned out to be a cold, rainy and WINDY day, inside the barn at Cambium Farm, and that did not stop anyone from having a blast! They may have been bundled up in blankets, but the guests stayed til the end to show love and party with the Bride and Groom! Take a peek at the video and you will see how windy it was!
Five Reasons you should Take Engagement Photos
So many couples ask me WHY should we do an engagement session? What's the point? Especially if you are a private couple who won't be sharing photos of yourselves all over social media. Well, let me tell you some reasons why I love when couples choose to do an engagement session and maybe one of them will relate to you!
Guild Inn Estates Toronto Wedding | Sarah and Jon
Sarah and Jon met in high school, continued on to University together, bought a house, and finally decided to tie the knot and become one forever. Their beautiful ceremony took place at the new and improved Guild Inn Estate in Toronto. Make sure you check it out, and if you are planning an outdoor ceremony, I really loved this venue! The ceremony space is covered, but the walls are open so that even if it rains, you can still be outside. It does get a bit windy but the light inside is so bright and clean. Plus its all stone and white walls which make for some classic imagery. (Photographers - you will love it!)
Georgetown Baby Photographer | Baby Coleton is 8 Months!
Eight months flew by! I absolutely love when parents choose my Grow With Me package because I get to see the kids grow up right before my camera! This is the second time Ashley and Michael have spent their baby's first year with me and its even more neat to see the similarities and differences in their two boys.
